Each Fridge Fill includes 1 main protein, 4 sides, salads or soups, 1 sauce and 1 family-sized freezer meal. The Fridge Fill feeds a family of 4 for 2 meals plus a soup for 2 (if ordered)Simply choose your favourites and we'll do the cooking!
