14/09 Seasonal Menu at Wasana

Upon arrival you will be taken to your table and presented with your welcome drink. Shortly after, the team will talk through your menu and your first course will arrive shortly after. 

The evening is a 4 course menu and welcome drink, plus it is BYOB. 

There are ice buckets located around the room for you to place your drinks in. We provide, water glasses & wine glasses. We recommend bringing your own garnishes and ice if you plan to have spirits and mixers on the evening.

Please note, all guests must leave the venue by 10:30pm due to the license of the building. 

If you are unsure of your guest dietary requirements, you can let us know up to 1 week before.

The Chefs Choice Menu is the following: 

- Roasted and Grilled Cauliflower, Whipped Feta Topped With Homemade Salsa Macha

- Prawn Bisque Crumpet, Lemon Alioli, Chives or Tomato, Tahini and Ginger Crumpet, Lemon Aioli, Chives 

- Seared Rump Steak or Charred End Of Summer Squash, Aleppo butter, Tomato Chutney, Pickled Onions And Herb Salad 

- Tiramisu Bun, Mascarpone Cream, Coffee Caramel Sauce

Upgrades :

Fish course : Scallop & Prawn: £5

Main course : Rib-eye steak: £7  

**Important update**

Your ticket booking fee is £49 per person and will be deducted from the bill at the end of the evening. A discretionary 10% service fee will be added to your bill at the end of the evening.
